Mills Fresh Hop - Blend Two Style_Imperial Porter Brewer Dany Prignon is knowFresh Hop was made from a raw unboiled beer brewed with solely heritage Maris Otter barley malt and aged hops. Spontaneous fermentation took place in old Bourbon whiskey and Scotch whisky barrels for 18 months. On Thursday 12th September 2024, we collected ten kilograms of Challenger hops which had been picked that morning. The beer was blended onto the hops later that afternoon, before bottling the following day. Size: 750ml ABV: 6. 8%
