Newby Hall from the Borders (Original, Unframed) Knaresborough Anita adores these tiny flowersEvery Autumn, Newby Hall hosts the Harrogate Flower Show in their magnificent grounds. The gardens have won awards, and the house is simply stunning! I painted this picture outside next to the herbaceous borders. It is a stunning, iconic, inspirational view which I loved painting! I used my signature fallen twigs, leaves and moss to create the intricate flowers and plants in the garden. Butterflies and bees were everywhere, spot them in my painting.
