Hot days and cool nights ripen the fruit to perfection and yield a wine that is medium bodied with rich fruit and gentle tannins

This isn't especially complex at present but the underlying material appears to be such that my rating presumes that more depth will develop with a few years of bottle age

It is smooth and light bodied on your palate with a pleasant taste of biting into bittersweet apples at the back end. Really nice for what it is. Enjoy neat or on the rocks, although having with ginger ale wouldn't be a bad idea either."
