Higonokami Classic Second Professional Double-sided paddle strop made usingOur Higonokami classic is a strong and very sharp knife. It has a blade 71mm long (so can be carried legally in the UK). The design is characterised by the 'chikiri' the lever used to open the knife. There is no locking mechanism. Note that this knife is not stainless so please keep it dry to avoid corrosion.
