Champagne Solemme Ambre 1er Cru 2015 6x750ml 2015 Case Size:6 crisp appleNo dosage lets the juicy Meunier really shine and when your nose dives into the glass, you can close your eyes and feel like you've entered a Parisian bakery freshly pulling crackling almond croissants out of the oven. Raw honey and golden delicious apple waft in, followed by baked white peach, chalky minerality, some nuttiness on the edges. Great acid, and a much cleaner, drier finish than I had anticipated from the nose.
