These are aged in once used Bourbon barrels, and, after blending, it undergoes a further 6 to 9 months in barrel to allow the blend to marry. A favourite with leading West End bartenders, its quality has also earned it the accolade of Best in Class in 2008, 2009 and 2010 at the International Wine and Spirit Competition.
