It has a gorgeous Blonde slightly reliced finish with some truly nice and subtle finish checking throughout the body. The flame figured, roasted maple neck on this one really pops out and pairs perfectly with the guitars blonde finish and Tortoise guard with anodized aluminum control plate. It is smooth with most of the lacquer sanded down to the bare wood of the neck. We find this model
