Strong, dense, alcoholic nose without clear specifics. Pronounced tannins, harsh still, packed fruit but only medium bodied. A full bodied red wine with flavors of ripe dark fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as spicy notes of pepper and cloves. It has smoothness and bold tannins. Slightly sour and astringent finish.
