At once structured and supple, you'll find rich aromas of citrus peel, carnations and bergamot. Despite its residual sugar content, it retains an incredible freshness and chiselled character. The Gewrztraminer vines are grown on marly limestone soil, according to biodynamic methods. To be enjoyed as an aperitif with a foie gras terrine or smoked
