Matured in Oloroso sherry casks both first fill and 2nd fill Spanish and American oak for 15 years produces a rich, Full bodied whisky with sweet sherry fruit notes. The nose had sherry soaked raisins, nuts and toffee. The palate has sherried fruit, dark chocolate, coffee with a hint of liquorice and a pepper. Nutty and soft warming finish long and flavoursome in the mouth.
