More than likely a take off on the popular Marx series of toys in the United States, the display header depicts US Cavalry soldiers on horseback. Horses measure about 2 1 2" wide x 2 1 4"; package alone measures 6 1 2" x 4 1 2". Very nice condition with no problems I can spot plastic is still quite clear and the header has no tears
