An intense nose with aromas of ripe fruit (cherry, blackcurrant). On the palate, a powerful and complex wine with supple and silky tannins, with notes of black cherry and vanilla. My favourite wine is the Chateauneuf du Pape vignoble de la Serriere, a blend of 65% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 5% Mourvdre.
