Hudson Whiskey NY Rye Whiskey Do The Rye Thing Bottle:1 Nose: UnsurprisinglyThe rye grains come though quite rightly as they comprise 95% of the grain recipe along with a raw, almost green oak aroma. The rye aroma has that distinctive cherry aroma to it as well as its grain profile that leans more herbal. There's a little wax coming through as well. As you taste, the whiskey is on the lean side, but it's tangy. The flavor profile is not very dynamic, nor does the finish last very long, but what does stick around is pleasant
