Pierre Bouree Beaune 1er cru Epenottes Rouge 2017 Bottle:1 44% Malbec and 10% CabernetIt is a beautiful red wine, light and graceful, with delicate aromas of very ripe red berries, with spicy and liquorice notes. On the palate, the tannins are very fine with a lingering finish. It offers great aging potential of at least 15 years. It will ideally accompany duck breasts with morello cherries, guinea fowl and braised poultry and roast beef or veal.
