Marietta Arme Cabernet Sauvignon - 750ML bourbon Sourced from the hilly terrainThe Estate Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our vineyards in Alexander Valley and McDowell Valley. The 2017 year was early and relatively small, so we brought in our Bordeaux varietals earlier than usual, luckily missing the devastating October res. Harvested in late September and early October and fermented for three weeks at temperatures in the 70s, these grapes yielded deep, intense wine that conveys a taut freshness with great aromatic purity.
