The cuff is beautifully dainty and measures approximately 3. 5mm wide and it is around 1. 5mm thick. The 2mm beautiful blue natural sapphire is encased in 18ct gold and the 18ct leaf is hand forged and carved. I LOVE the 18ct gold with the antiqued silver, its just such a beautiful combination! I have finished it off with
