The grapes come from 3 blocks of Sauvignon Blanc located about 10. 5km away from the False Bay Coastline, ideally positioned to produce world class cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. Three separate components were harvested at different times from these blocks to allow for the creation of distinct components to add further
