Dolia IGP Alpilles Blanc, Domaine Hauvette, Les Baux de Provence 2019 Verzy Lapalu produces wines in aDominique Hauvette, St Remy de Provence The 6 hectare Domaine Hauvette is run along strictly biodynamic lines by Dominique Hauvette in the village of St Remy de Provence in the appellation of Les Baux de Provence. Dominique's wines have become much sought after in recent years largely due to the enthusiasm of Robert Parker for the wines. Like the nearby Domaine de Trevallon the wines made here are a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache and
