Shenk's Homestead 2023 Sour Mash Whiskey White Wine Taste: RichShenk's is a Kentucky Sour Mash Whiskey made with a substantial amount of rye. We're happy to report that this year's Shenk's release will feature a higher percentage of whiskey aged in Chinquapin oak than in previous years, as well as longer aging times.
