The nose o ers a remarkable complexity andaroma intensity and shows a combination of dried fruit; caramelised figs; toasted almonds andorange jam with hints of honey and delicate notes of spice and iodine. The palate isconcentrated and full bodied; with a smooth; fresh texture. Long; lingering and extraordinarilycomplex finish. Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14 degrees celcius.
