Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte Rouge 2017 750ml Dry special barrel bottlingsThe 2017 Smith Haut Lafitte is medium to deep garnet purple in color, with powerful expressions of heated redcurrants, baked blackberries, and crme de cassis, as well as undertones of spice cake, dried roses, underbrush, pencil lead, and candied violets. The palate is medium to full bodied, with a magnificent core of tightly packed red and black fruits, framed by beautifully ripe, rounded tannins and seamless freshness, lingering long and fragrant.
