I treat it as a tool with a strong mechanistic rationale, an excellent safety signal in the studies we have, and a body of evidence that's still maturing on the human side

Theres obviously some clear literature that shows that it has a very re-modulating effect, in isolated research studies, but in real practice theres too many variables that dont make that as clear as wed like it to be, so its not an area that I have a lot of expertise in and its not my first line of treatment because I simply dont know what the variables are that make the change that some of these studies show
