The palate is balanced with fresh acidity. The tannins are perfectly rounded and lend structure and volume to the wine's long finish. Highly recommended with stir fried beef, pork chops, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, and lamb chops with Cabernet mushroom sauce. The
