Tanning from the inside out = Highly Dangerous and Illegal!, Many products advertised on social media platforms promising a tan from the inside out or a tan without sun such as injectable A physician is warning about the use of a synthetic chemical known as the Barbie Drug, which is injected to get a tan. There has been a worrying increase in the number of young people using sunbeds. Some people are also using nasal sprays and injections with melanotan II in to boost their tan.
