High Quality L-Carnitine Paul - 24 August 2018 This is a decent top quality form of L-Carnitine from Applied Nutrition that i feel makes a great addition to any fat loss dieting phase to aid in allowing for stored fat stores to be transported and burned off as a fuel source when running in a caloric deficit as a requirement for fat loss to occur, i have tried a few different forms of L-Carnitine in liquid capsule, softgel and liquid bottle forms and found them all to work effectively to support some of my previous fat loss phases, i find versions in capsule form like this one from Applied Nutrition to be easy to take in precise doses, i feel that the 2 capsule serving provides a decent 1500 mgs of L-Carnitine which does provide a boost in overall fat loss but i find that 2 grams per day seems to be a more effective dose based on my past usage of L-Carnitine based supplements, each capsule must be around 750mgs each so 3 capsules provides around 2250 mgs which is a more effective dose i recommend trying, i also recommend taking 1-2 of these in the morning and another 1 pre workout to allow for more effective absorption of this supplement, i also recommend pairing with 6 softgels of CLA due to finding that a combination of CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid and L-Carnitine work very well together to form a basic stimulant free natural fat burning stack
