This orange is full flavored, rich and complex, yet supremely easy drinking. Rizling from the Trnava region. Entirely biodynamic, hand harvested and destemmed grapes. The wine undergoes a 10 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in open vats with indigenous yeasts, and direct press. Ages for 6 months in terracotta eggs, 2 months in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
