Primal Matured Malt Spirit Series 2 1991 subtle traces of butterscotch andThe second release, in a series of four, for our collaboration with the Primal Spirits craft distillery in Johannesburg. Produced using peated malt, the spirit was matured for a total of 6 months in a combination of 30L American oak bourbon and Sauternes casks. Only 40 bottles were produced, each individually numbered.
