Designed to be lighter and thinner than most traditional welding caps to avoid the heat, while also reducing the possibility of the cap shrinking in the event that it is over looked in the laundry process and thrown in the drier. We recommend placing welding caps on top of the drier or allowing them to air dry. If at all possible do not place welding cap in the drier for a full cycle, this may result in shrinkage.
