Produced from Salmiana agave, grown to full maturity and harvested at 12 years old. Also known as the "Green Giant", Salmiana is a wild agave that can grow up to 12 feet in diameter and reach as high as 6 feet. Each batch is handcrafted by internationally recognised Maestro Mezcalero Don Fortino Ramos.
