Normandie Anno 1693 2020 Available Online hand-picked and fermented in stainlessMade from estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%), the 2020 Anno 1693 is the second Bordeaux style blend from Normandie, designed as a more accessible counterpart to Eisen & Viljoen. Grapes were hand harvested after meticulous bunch sorting in the vineyard, then fermented in stainless steel with daily pump overs. Pressing occurred mid ferment, with malolactic conversion and ageing taking place in French oak (25% new) for 25 months.
