The Pisku Bird aperitivo ’ Almanac and Old PotreroThis is a contemporary adaptation of the classic Jungle Bird cocktail created in 1978 at The Aviary Bar at the Hilton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. We pay homage to the PISKU BIRD. Pisku is the Quechua word for bird. And it was interpreted by the Spanish conquistadors as PISCO. Pisco defines the geographical region that has become the Designation of Origin of the original and unique Peruvian Spirit PISCO, produced in this area for over 450 years. Ingredients
