A clean road and tall banks of snow

What drew me to take this picture was the curving line amongst the layers of ice on the berg

I find them interesting to photograph as with the angle you view them as well as the impact of light they always tell a different story

Sunset through Coit Tower Architecture On an April day aSometimes photography is about being at the right place at the right time, which can occur either by planning ahead or luck. For this image it was luck. I was walking along the Embarcadero when I noticed the setting sun starting to go behind Coit Tower. Up ahead I then spotted the shadow of this scene and positioned myself so the rays of the sun were coming through the arches of the tower on Telegraph Hill.
