Replacement Front Caster fits Apex Stella SAL1230 Stand Assist Lift and several other Apex Lifts. The replacement casters were changed to a new type several years ago. These casters work on the SAL1230, but must be replaced in pairs. (i. e. if replacing front caster, both must be replaced.) Same holds true for the rear casters with brake. If
