Breath of Speyside 15 Year Old Adelphi Brandy known as JosieDESCRIPTION A single cask release from an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2009, matured for 15 years in a first fill Oloroso butt, and bottled in 2025. Only 667 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58. 1%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Skunky, old school rum, ox tail soup, metallic, baked beans, tin, tangy tomato, savoury, maple bacon, sauna wood,
