Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Earthy floral with grounded botanicals, slight citrus. Palate: Complex. Juniper is at the forefront but not overwhelming, well balanced. Cardamom rises high here. Finish: Smooth lavender and liquorice, slight citrus again. #GIN
