Beyond the fragrant bouquet of shochu plums lies the scent of ripe golden peaches, apricot stone, and subtle notes of brown sugar, caramel, and vanilla. The palate is characterised by plum aromatics and a pleasant tannic structure from barrel maturation, with an extended finish reminiscent of fine cognac or grappa.
