The exhibitions central muse, Shirley Smith a character invented by Perry has inspired this original design for Libertys 150th anniversary collection. Conceived by Perry as an outsider artist, Smiths obsession with the Wallace Collection forms the basis for this idiosyncratic design, where one can spot a
