Helden Single Malt Tier 2 fruit and barleyThe inaugural single malt whisky from the Helden Distillery released as a pair along with a portion of cask strength bottles. Matured for 3 years in a first fill 100 litre hybrid cask; the side staves are from a STR (Shaved, Toasted and Recharred) ex red wine French oak cask, and the heads are made from American oak. This is the typical base cask being used by Helden for their single malt maturation. Only 126 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered,
