Isle of Raasay Marsala Cask Sauvignon Blanc Launched in 1977DESCRIPTION A limited release from Isle of Raasay Distillery in the Islands region, first released in August 2025. Distilled in 2021, the peated and unpeated spirit were fully matured in ex Marsala barriques from Frazzitta, a historic Sicilian producer whose casks were seasoned with DOC classified Marsala fortified wine for decades prior to use. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a higher strength of 50. 7%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Grape
