This robust effort is borderline strict at present and will require plenty of age to soften the tannins

This will be approachable young but I would advise holding it for 5 to 8 years

The 2009 Brut Blanc de Blancs Clos Lanson is showing beautifully

Lignier Michelot, Morey Saint Denis Vv Vintage:2007 This robust effort is borderline(from a blend of Trs Girard, Les Cognes and Chenevery). A ripe, fresh and equally floral suffused nose offers up a mix of red and dark currant tinged with crushed fennel. The very rich, caressing and seductively textured mid palate contrasts somewhat with the punchy, powerful, dusty and robust finale. At least some patience will be required for his very good Morey villages.
