This 11 year old Bowmore has been in a European Oak cask for around 6 months before being bottled in May 2026. Nose: Rich bonfire and BBQ notes. Parma violets balsamic. Palate: Much more fruit and malt notes. Ginger cake and bonfire. Finish: Thick and rich finish with a fruit smoke aftertaste. Distilled at Bowmore Distillery 12 02 2015
