Holyrood New Make Spirit Chocolate Malt 60% 50cl Aberlour warm orange zestNMS03 is the third release of our Brewer's series and focuses on the ability of specialty malts to deliver flavour into our new make. Here chocolate malt, which is a heavily toasted malt, adds a dark chocolate, coffee roast quality to our new make. Nose: Toasted waffles with a creamy vanilla and chocolate, soft spices with a hint of vanilla spice. Palate: A creamy start is soon replaced by a rather enjoyable dark coca, coffee with frothy milk and
