扒花(耙花)作为一种工艺的描述,具体、准确、形象,只是不够文雅。另一个称呼叫轧道,听起来学术性很强,就是让外人不知所云。当今学术之事,大凡如此。所以还是用扒花的名称便利些。 它是出现于乾隆时期的一种陶瓷装饰技术。在高温烧制的白瓷上,用粉彩满绘,再用针装工具细细的刻画纹饰,然后再进行低温的烧制。扒花的扒,就是在釉彩上做精细的刻画。这一个字,仿佛让我们看到扒花匠师,凝神静气,手中稳稳拿捏住扒花针,头靠得很近,眼睛紧紧盯住器物的细部,一针一针,如临大敌。 这种装饰方法一般都是满装饰,纹饰细小。对匠人而言,是一种重复、枯燥、细致的苦活:既费眼费神,又必须精神专注,心手相应,一丝不乱。一个细小的失误,就有可能破坏整件器物。比如哪一针稍重,有可能在烧制后,造成局部的小片釉彩剥落。对于扒花工艺而言,这意味着全部的失败。
