OMMS First Provisional Tire All wire harness will haveOutlaw Mini Mod Series Provisional #1 Every registered Outlaw Mini Mod Series Driver is allowed up to 3 provisional starts. This will allow a driver to miss an event and still receive 25 points for that event. This must be paid before 12: 00 Noon of the race date. Provisional Points will be figured into the drivers point average. Provisional starts are only allowed at Outlaw Mini Mod Series events. They are NOT allowed at weekly non series races.
