Piercing aromas of raspberry, beeswax, and black pepper. A tart but juicy palate showing elegance and restraint. A very versatile wine that can be enjoyed at almost any opportunity. Bright enough for a lunch, but serious enough for dimly lit late night conversations. Grapes are placed 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed into a French oak cuve, where they macerate for 15 days with daily gentle pump overs.
