2018 Blanc de Blancs ‘Reserve’ grapes This wine was produced with100% Chardonnay. The wine was matured on lees for 6 years. A distinctly savoury and dry sparkling wine loaded with brioche, salted cashew, saline minerality, dried and fresh green apple, touches of cinnamon toast and some light nougat sweet savouriness.
