Christian Drouin Calvados 1995 Pays D'Auge 40% 700ml Foggy Hills A signature blend of overDouble distilled. Aged in traditional Calvados casks and former Port casks. Amber colour with red glints. Smooth nose expanding towards custard, clafoutis, prunes and cashew nuts notes. The mouth is rich and full bodied with raisin aromas. 'Fruity and well balanced, with vanilla coming through the toffee apple. Lively, with a floral note of apple blossom showing freshness as well as age. Lovely.' Comments by IWSC 2015
