Maison Camille Thiriet, Aligoté du Jardin 2023 Textural Dario Prinčič forms part ofPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Aligot Vibe: Fresh From two areas: one above Pommard with Aligote Dor, and one in Corgoloin. A very light but decisive contact with the skins adds not only texture but real intrigue. Intense aromatics from those low yielding old vines, before we're met with a medley of lemon and grapefruit. Things finish up saline and moreish. This is just the starting point and I'm already speechless. ABV: 12. 5%
