Garden Tea Evening Silk Hat Large Green Blue tan flower clip I designed it to beNamed "The Garden Tea", this light airy rim hat design has been hand cut from silk fabric. The silk applique band has a fun texture, and the added sewn posy beaded flower offers a lovely extra embellishment. The lower rim is cut from a baby blue silk and the top and upper rim from a lilac silk. The rim is trimmed with navy blue and is top stitched. The lining is cut from a light weight cotton weave which makes the hat very breathable and eliminates
