Briscoe Western Spur Set HDG Our candles have a cottonDesigned by J. D. Cabrera, stainless steel western spurs, with brass jingle bobs. Custom branded for the Briscoe Western Art Museum, with iconic B that the late Governor Dolph Briscoe used in his signature. The Honorable John T. Montford, Briscoe Board Chair, commissioned the creation of these iconic spurs, then later donated them to the non profit museum store, to benefit the museum.
